Built for UK fire-servicing firms

Never lose a customer to a missed fire inspection.

Solverall records each visit, prints the certificate, and sends the invoice — then books next year's visit for you. It even works offline, out in the field.

For firms servicing extinguishers, hoses & fire equipment. No more spreadsheets. No missed renewals.

The firm that adapts to modern trends wins a new customer.
The firm that misses a renewal inspection loses an old one.

Become the firm customers choose.

Fire servicing is legally recurring, every year. Solverall makes the whole job modern and automatic — from booking to certificate, invoice, and the next inspection.

Win new customers

Customers shopping for a servicer pick the firm that looks modern and professional — online booking, digital certificates, and quick follow-up.

No more admin drowning

No more hours a day on reminders, signatures, certificates and invoices. Solverall does it automatically, so you and the office get the time back.

A spreadsheet alternative you can trust

Customer lists and history in one safe place — always current and ready when the fire authority asks. No fragile file to lose.

How Solverall works — one visit at a time.

You service the equipment. Solverall does the rest — the record, the certificate, the invoice, and next year's booking. Here is the whole flow, step by step.

STEP 1

Your customers book online

Every firm gets its own booking page — a link you share by e-mail or SMS, so customers book the annual inspection themselves instead of calling. Want it on your own website? We add a booking widget there too.

STEP 2

Everything in one place

Every customer, and every extinguisher, hose and unit they own — with the next service date right beside each one. No spreadsheet to keep alive.

STEP 3

The visit starts with the customer's code

The customer gives your technician a short code on arrival — simple proof the visit really took place, on the right day.

STEP 4

The check happens on the spot — even offline

Your technician ticks off each check on the phone. No signal in the basement? No problem — it saves and syncs the moment they're back online.

STEP 5

Certificate and invoice, sent at once

The moment the visit is done, the certificate and the invoice go straight to the customer — no re-typing, nothing forgotten.

STEP 6

A full audit trail — always within reach

The customer gets a permanent, dated record of every visit — certificate, invoice and any deviations, with their status. They can open it anytime, email it, or print a copy — and rate the job or reach you in one tap. And next year's visit is already booked.

↻ Every year, on time — without a single spreadsheet.

Everything the visit needs — in one place.

Compliance-ready records

Full asset history and traceability — ready the moment the fire authority or a customer asks.

Branded certificates

Professional UK-standard certificates with readings, defects and photos, delivered digitally.

Works offline in the field

Technicians work on-site with no signal; everything syncs the moment they're back online.

Automatic renewal reminders

Due-date tracking with traffic-light warnings and auto-chase — nothing falls through.

Invoicing from the visit

Turn a completed service straight into a bill — no double entry, no forgotten jobs.

Extinguishers, hoses & more

Built around real service cadences and age rules for the equipment you actually work on.

Certificates your customers actually trust.

Every service generates a professional certificate — to BS 5306-3 and BS EN 671-3 — shaped to your firm and what your customers need.

Customisable per partner

Your branding, your layout, and the checks that matter for the equipment your customers run — tailored to each firm.

Linked to the live catalog

Every certificate ties back to the exact asset — serial, full service history and next-due date, always in sync.

Sent the moment it's done

The customer receives the certificate — and the invoice — automatically, the instant the visit is complete.

Your customers. Your data. Your control.

Your customer register is the firm's biggest asset. In Solverall it is protected — internally too.

You control access

Roles and permissions are set by you as the owner. Data is shared only when you grant access — per person, per role.

Technicians only see what's needed

Technicians see just the visits and equipment assigned to them — never your full customer list or your prices.

Safely stored

Encrypted and isolated per firm, stored in the EU/EEA. And if you ever leave, everything leaves with you — full export, any time.

Solverall is fire-servicing compliance, run as one system.

One system for everything: every customer and asset, inspections in the field (even offline), UK-standard certificates, invoicing — and the next inspection booked automatically. No more spreadsheets or manual chaos.

World-class digital capability — now available to you.

Municipalities, hospitals and large property owners increasingly expect digital documentation and a portal into their fire records. Until now, that level of digital delivery has been practical only for the very largest players. Solverall puts it within your reach — so you can compete for the contracts that used to be out of range.

Facts, with sources

Every commercial customer you serve has a legal duty to keep fire-fighting equipment maintained, in efficient working order and in good repair — the firm that documents it digitally is the easy one to keep.

Straight answers.

Is my customer data safe — and does it leave my business?

Your data is yours. Solverall is built to UK GDPR standards — data is stored in the EU/EEA, encrypted and isolated per firm, and never shared or sold.

Does it work without internet in the field?

Yes. Technicians work fully offline on-site; everything syncs automatically once they're back in coverage.

Are the certificates UK-standard?

Yes. Certificates are produced to the standards you work to — BS 5306-3 for portable extinguishers and BS EN 671-3 for hose reels — with your firm's branding.

Do the invoices meet UK requirements?

Yes. Invoices are raised with correct VAT and are export-ready for your accounting software.

What happens to the data I have in Excel today?

We import it for you. Onboarding is done-for-you: customers, equipment and history come in from your existing spreadsheets — you don't start from zero.

Is my customer register safe with you?

Your register is your business asset — not ours. It's encrypted, visible only to your firm, and never used, shared or sold. If you ever leave, it leaves with you: full export, any time.

Can my technicians see my whole customer list?

No — only what they need. Technicians see just the visits and equipment assigned to them. The full customer register and price history are visible only to you as the owner — and shared only when you grant access.

Is there a binding period?

No. Monthly subscription — cancel any time.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly price — no surprises. Founding partners get locked-in founding pricing. Book a short call and we'll walk through it against what you spend on admin today.
